My Mom had her new patient appointment on 12/4/25. I want to thank the Affinity Neurocare team for your excellence in care and the patience that was shown as my Mom visited the clinic today. Thank you all so much.
From the first interaction with Alexis at the front check-in desk, we felt comfortable and appreciated as clients of Dr. Dike. Alexis is a sweetheart and she was very polite. She's a wonderful first introduction to your clinic!
We then met Leah, who is in a league of her own. Leah is awesomeness wrapped in a human body!! Her spirit resonated throughout the clinic. She was sweet and very warm at every interaction with each person we saw her speak with today. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Her smile speaks volumes of how much she enjoys what she does. She spoke very highly of your clinic and your practice, as she should. You guys are amazing.
Tommy was another sweetheart. He was very patient as my Mom took her cognitive test today. Unfortunately, Mama had bilateral cataract surgery within the past few weeks and is experiencing some visual issues (which we are praying will subside within the next few months); therefore, some of the test questions were a little difficult for her to see. Tommy was patient and waited for her to feel comfortable before moving to the next questions of the test. Thankfully, he read most of the questions to her. Please thank him for his patience.
Dr. Dike took time and listened intently as I went over a plethora of information related to Mama's medical history and some of the alternatives that have proven effective for her. I'm grateful for his patience and his ability to make his patients feel at ease while interacting with him. He listened, asked questions, and took time to understand everything that was being said before attempting to provide next steps for treatment. he did not rush us, cut us off, or rush to leave the room. Being one who facilitates best practice courses for providers and other healthcare professionals, I know that this is not always the case.
I found your practice online and prayed over whom we should seek for neuro support, and Dr. Dike did not disappoint! We need more providers like him. Please thank him for his excellence in care.
We also met Derrick, who is AMAZING! Derrick is another very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient young man. He ensured Mama and I were comfortable while administering the ordered tests. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure Mama knew what was expected while taking the tests. He's a phenomenal professional. Please thank him for us.
It was a blessing finding Affinity Neurocare and I'm so grateful for the excellent patient service you all provide to our community. Thank you so much for everything you do and for making a positive impact in the lives of our neighbors. It was well worth the drive from Wylie to Frisco to meet you all and I'm grateful to have your gifted hands overseeing Mom's care now. FANTASTIC doctor!!! He is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He has a very charming work ethic, and takes the time to provide me with a solution. The MA's are wonderful and very sweet and I highly recommend being a patient here!

Posting anonymously solely so it doesn’t get WORSE.
Communication from the practice is awful. We attributed it to other reasons, but it is clear that it is a practice wide issue.
Lost paperwork, referrals take forever if at all. They are always waiting on something before they can do anything. Internal communication seems awful as well. They make sure they get paid though.
Super frustrating. Staff and even doctors are nice enough when you see them. They’re pretty good about sending in medication refills, but not anything else.

Great experience! Extremely thorough, listened to all my concerns and was very attentive and did not dismiss any thing I had to say. He was very concerned and suggested a well thought out approach.

I was so surprised at how nice everyone was. I had an 8am appointment and was sitting in the lobby waiting. The staff all came in through the front door to start their shift. Everyone of them said hello/good morning. One lady from the MRI area stopped and spoke with me for a few minutes. She was so happy and told me she LOVED her job!! It was so refreshing to see everyone so happy. It was my first visit with Dr Dike and he was so calm and positive. I picked Dr Dike because of the reviews on line. They were spot on!! So patient and just a kind soul. I was in health care for a long time so I know a good doctor and a good office and this is one!! The other thing that impressed me was Dr Dike didn't push anything. He suggested a plan and asked me what I thought. So many doctors don't even ask for your input. Thanks to all!!

I have been a patient of Dr Dike for almost 2 years now. I have several medical issues that have been difficult to diagnose. Dr Dike has been able to look at each issue and help me live a better life. He is extremely caring and treats his patients with respect and compassion beyond any other Doctor I see. His office staff are very knowledgeable and work with Dr. Dike to provide the best service possible. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I really don't know what I would do without the professionalism and care I have received. By far the best Neurologist in the DFW area. Thank you Dr. Dike for being there for me when sometimes it gets overwhelming for me and I want you to know I value your opinion more than you will ever know.

Dr. Dike and his staff are amazing. They have helped me every step of the way through a difficult and frustrating recovery. They truly care about each person that steps through their door. I had a stroke and the care I have received from everyone is amazing. When I have experienced anything out of the ordinary they reassure me and help me. I would highly recommend them and can only say they are making my transition smoother. Great staff and outstanding doctors.

The wait was a bit long. My appointment was on 10/05/2021. Dr. Dike had said he'd call me the next day after speaking with my prior provider. Today is 10/12/2021 and I've yet to hear from him.
